Whoa...you teach Aikido? That's cool. My brother had done that for a while. You can imagine whom he would practice on at home...(me!)...good times :) I learned how to "fall" the right way after all those years. It has definitely saved me many broken bones in other sports...

Im not into akido though..more like Taichi, Shu-rin Ryu and Shotocan, the latter 2 are aggressive styles with direct implication of force, while the former is a softer, more force and weight displacement than direct.

I have done some Tai Chi...it was nice, but not my personality (Caffeine + chill Tai Chi = restless). I do appreciate it, though...
